Returns & Exchanges
Items, excluding special orders, gift certificates, gym flooring, mats, and commercial equipment, may be returned for an exchange or refund up to 10 business days after the item has been delivered (as indicated by the tracking number) or 15 days from shipment (if no delivery information is available).
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt, in the original packaging and in the original, like-new, re-sellable condition they were received. All items returned, other than due to defect or shipping error will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred in both directions. Any returned products that were purchased where shipping was included (i.e. “Free Shipping”) will have the actual shipping cost incurred by GBRX Fitness Inc. deducted from the refund. Fitness Bands cannot be returned if the package has been opened.
All refunds issued within 30 days of purchase will be returned onto the original form of payment. Any refunds issued after 30 days will be in the form of a store credit
If you wish to make a return: The following procedure is only valid for items purchased at gbrxfitness.com. Items purchased on eBay or Amazon must be returned in compliance with their respective policies and procedures. GBRX cannot process returns of items purchased on eBay or Amazon.
Returned items will not be accepted without an RA number. To get an RA number:
- Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Provide your order number, address, and a description of what you wish to return, as well as why you wish to return it
This will create a ticket in our Helpdesk. An RA number will be issued within 2 business days after submitting your email.
Please include your RA number on any returned packaging or it will delay your refund.
RA numbers are valid for 30 days. Any items for which an RA number was issued but were not received within 30 days of issuing, the RA will be cancelled and GBRX will no longer accept the return. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with the refused shipment.
Shipping arrangements and payment of shipping fees for return shipments (excluding products shipped in error, or arrived damaged / defective) are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly encourage you to return the item using a method that can be tracked and insure the shipment for the value of the item, as GBRX will not be liable for returns lost or damaged in transit back to us. Any returned products that were purchased where shipping was included (i.e. “Free Shipping”) will have the actual shipping cost incurred by GBRX Fitness Inc. deducted from the refund.
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. GBRX will, at its own discretion, determine refund eligibility based on the item's condition. Credit will be applied to the original payment method or by company check at the discretion of GBRX Fitness Inc., less applicable shipping / handling and restocking fees, within 10 business days after receipt of the return.
Any items damaged during shipment must be reported to GBRX within 1 business day of delivery (as indicated by the tracking number) or 10 days from shipment, if no tracking information is available, whichever comes first. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide, within 4 business days of the request, any documentation that GBRX requires to facilitate the process of filing a claim with the carrier. This may include, but not limited to providing pictures of the item, pictures of the packaging, and signed affidavits. Failure to do so will revoke your right to file a claim and release GBRX from any further liability.
If you suspect damage during shipment
If possible, tell the delivery driver that you wish for them to note that the item appears damaged, take pictures of the unopened package and open the package in the presence of the driver. DO NOT DESTROY THE PACKAGING WHEN OPENING OR DISCARD THE PACKAGING AFTER IT’S OPENED. It is important to keep any evidence of damage.
If the product is damaged:

This will create a ticket in our Helpdesk. In almost all cases we will ask for pictures of the damage which can be attached to a Helpdesk reply. Please provide in focus pictures that show the damage detail as well as wider shots showing the damage. Blurry pictures will be rejected. As per our terms, any request for information must be complied with within 4 business days or your claim will be denied.
Once we have the information we need, GBRX will file a claim with the carrier. Claim processing time varies by carrier, but can take upwards of several weeks. At GBRX’s sole discretion, we may resolve the issue using one of, but not limited to, the following actions: a new item will be sent, the damaged part of an item will be sent, or compensation for the damage, of an amount determined by GBRX, in the form of a refund or store credit will be issued.
The damaged item may need to be returned to GBRX. If requested, you must ship the item within 5 business days of notification. Failure to do say may incur additional charges up to the full value of the damaged item.
